We are honored to be working with our friends at Hotel Josephine to bring you two separate events. See below for all of the informatuion to take part in investigating this incredible location!
The beautiful Hotel Josephine (see photo gallery at bottom of this page) began life in 1890. It is such a beautiful location but is also very haunted. With a rich history that spans over a 130 years there is a lot happeninng at this location.
We just did an investigation of Hotel Josephine in early July where we got disembodied voices, light anomolies, full bodied apparitions and some even heard growls.
We are offering two nights at two different locations operated by Hotel Josephine!
Friday September 16th:
We are offering an investigation of the Lakehouse operated by Hotel Josephine. You may have seen this beautiful location featured recently on Travel Channel’s Ghost Hunters (Season 14, Episode 9). So, to investigate Friday September 16th, you have the option of:
Investigating the location until 2am – $45
Investigating Overnight and staying on the property: $80
Just note, you may end up staying in a room with someone you don’t know so if you want to stay overnight with a group, let us know.

Saturday September 17th:
Saturday September 17th gives you a full run of the outstanding Hotel Josephine. each room is unique, there are areas of this location that the staff refuses to go in but you will be able to investigate. There is a room said to have eyeballs staring at you when you open the closet doors and chains bolted to walls to stop prisoners from escaping. It is said none of the prisoners died at the hotel; medical professionals of the time hotly disagree with that…..

TERMS: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. No one under the age of 15 admitted. Ages 15 – 18 only allowed with parent or legal guardian. This event is for entertainment and education purposes only. We cannot guarantee you will have a paranormal experience. The event ticket price does not include your individual meals, travel, or other travel expenses. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the event. In the event a presenter is unable to present due to unforeseen circumstances no refunds will be issued. No tickets will be sold the day of the event. If you bought an event ticket and the hotel refuses your stay, your event ticket will be refunded. We hold the right to refuse ticket sales to anyone and remove anyone from the event who does not follow the event or hotel rules.
